We take the highest quality beans we can find then split them, extract the caviar, and add everything into down proofed ever clear, then subject it to a low heat ultrasonic extraction method until a high quality vanilla extract is produced
we then filter out the pods and any stray botanical pieces except the caviar, leaving you with a potent high quality extract that's ready to go the day it's bottled, but which should gain depth and richness as it ages
For our premium line we make various mixes of Vanilla beans from different origins to create a more full and rich vanilla profile

*note, "aged" in this context is referring to a sped up ultrasonic aging process which extracts the flavors and tannins of pieces of charred bourbon barrel into the extract at much faster speeds than traditional ageing. Product was not aged in an actual barrel... They don't make them that small*
