We take a Raw, Unfiltered Local honey and infuse it with various chilis for the ultimate in sweet heat!

Perfect on almost ANYTHING! Here at Chirping Tree this is a common topping on everything from Eggy Toast to Pizza, and some varieties even taste AMAZING with ice cream! Anything you think could use a bit of sweet heat, don't be shy about trying some on!
We make this using the highest quality chillies we can, often whole and sun dried, grind them ourselves, then add to warmed honey in a low heat ultrasonic infusion process which really transfers the heat and flavor of the peppers nicely, then strain it before bottling for your enjoyment!

These little red devils (affectionately called peperoncini calabresi or "diavoletti") grow wild and cultivated in Calabria's rugged hills, basking in Mediterranean sunshine that gives them their signature bright, fruity tang with a whisper of smokiness.
